Meet our Team:  Scott and Karen Hindman are co-owners of Delta Realty, LLC.  Karen Hindman, Broker-Owner, has over 19 years of experience in real estate.  Prior to selling real estate, Karen was an Educator and an Administrator.  Upon Retirement, she began working in real estate full-time and has had Multi-Million Dollar Sales club the past six years.  Sherri Holifield has over 25 years' experience in the real estate community and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Member for several years.  She primarily works in Stoddard County but is willing to help throughout the Bootheel.  Tammy Shepard, Broker-Associate, has been in the Mental Health field and continues to utilize her real estate license to help her clients. She has primarily served Dunklin County and southern Stoddard County. Ryan Jackson has several years' experience in the sales industry and has been a great asset by joining Delta Realty, LLC and quickly becoming a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales club. Lindsey Hindman-Jackson is also a member of Our Team.  She and Ryan have two children but primarily focus their attention, outside of providing real estate services, to school and sporting events.  Scott, a Broker-Associate, and Julie Harrison, another husband-and-wife team, work together to provide real estate services throughout the entire Bootheel region, but focus mostly on the southern region.  Dawn Simpson, a Broker-Associate, lives in from the Malden/Clarkton area and serves clients mostly in the southern region of the Bootheel.  Angie Coffman, owner of The Boat House, has had her real estate license for over 25 years.  She has experience and can help you with your real estate needs.  She primarily focuses on northern Stoddard County area.  Jackie Bevill, originally from the Campbell area, lives in Dexter where she is raising 3 of her children. She focuses on the Dexter-Campbell markets but is willing to travel throughout the Bootheel to help you with your real estate needs. Philip Harrison currently lives in Jackson but has strong ties to Clarkton.  He is an Appraiser for Southeast Missouri and travels throughout the region assessing values of homes.  He is a great asset to the northern part of the Bootheel.  Amy Griffin is a resident of Alabama near Gulf Shores.  She also has her MO license and is willing to help you in MO or AL.
