Carol worked for 23 years in the agricultural industry before becoming to work for Heartland Town & Country Real Estate in 2006 as Office Manager. In 2007, she became a Missouri Licensed Real Estate Agent and then in 2011, she became a Missouri Licensed Real Estate Broker/Officer. Professional Designations:  Graduate, REALTOR Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative. Certifications:  Certified Real Estate Negotiator and Certified Listing Professional. Member of the Three Rivers Board of Realtors, Missouri association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.  Carol takes her position very serious and is always ready to help Sellers and/or Buyers whether it be to Sell or Look to purchase. Dedication, Trust and Honesty is her main factors in servicing the public. Carol feels very blessed to be able to help people Sell and or Buy properties.

Carol is active in several community activities, to name a few are,  Risco R2 School Alumni  Committee Board, Bernie Chamber of Commerce, Malden Lions Club and Malden Country Club. Member of the SEMO Community Church in Malden MO. Carol is married to Michael since 1990 and they reside in Bernie MO. They have one son, Austin and Daughter in law, Lila. Austin graduated from Bernie Schools in 2013 and graduated from Crowley's Ridge College in Paragould, AR  in 2017.
