Carl Welch is a proud, lifelong resident of Mississippi County and a 1995 graduate of Charleston High School. Deeply rooted in his community, Carl and his wife, Jessica, make their home in Charleston, where they raised their children, and continue to carry on the Welch family’s traditions of service and commitment.    

Since 2009, Carl has dedicated his career to emergency services, serving as an EMT for the Mississippi County Ambulance Service. His passion for helping others led him to expand his service in 2024 to include working as an EMT for both the New Madrid and South Scott ambulance services. Carl’s leadership and devotion to public safety are further reflected in his role as former Fire Chief of the Wyatt Volunteer Fire Department and as a long-standing member of the Mississippi County Rescue Squad, where he has served since 2009. Carl's hobbies include hunting, fishing, woodworking, and spending quality time with his family.

Carl takes great pride in serving his community. He recently became a Realtor with Delta Realty, LLC. He looks forward to using his dedication, knowledge, and community-first mindset to assist you with all your real estate needs.
