Hey! My name is Lynnea Small. Taking a leap of faith with support from family and friends I decided to start my real estate journey at 34 years young! Now at 35 I hold a license in AR and MO. My early years I lived at Kennett. My family moved to the Norfork area when I was about 8 years old. About the time I reached 10th grade my family moved to Rector. I am proud to be Rector High School Alumni class of 2008. I am a Mom of two very active young men. Together we have 1 dog and 1 cat. We are actively involved in our church at Rector First Baptist Church. We participate in many different extracurriculars such as football, basketball, baseball, and band just to name a few. I love to read, learn new things, and create memories with those closest to me. I understand the importance of finding the right place to call home, the nerves involved with starting something new, and to have questions about it.
