Karen Davison-Hindman, daughter of Roy and Kay Davison, has a master's degree in Education and over 16 years of experience in real estate.  She spent the first twelve years working part-time while working full-time as a Teacher and Administrator.  Upon Retirement in 2018, Karen became a full-time agent and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Salesperson, repeatedly.  She not only serves in this community, but she has also had sales and listings in the entire Southeast Region.  She has experience with all types of loans including Government Loans, VA, FHA, USDA, Rural Development, and first-time home- owner loans.  Karen has been married to Scott Hindman, son of Glen and Judi Hindman, for 10 years and together they have four children and four grandchildren.  Kody and Kelsey (Christian) Hindman, Max Avery and Ellie Jo, in IL; Ryan and Lindsey (Hindman) Jackson, Caroline, Finn, in Dexter; Login Wood and Jessican Hamer in FL; and Landin Wood in Dexter.  Karen has a special relationship with her three nieces and their families, Paige Moore-Adams, Hanna Moore-McDonald, and Sarah Fyke.  Family is very important, but so are Karen's clients.  She has had many customers and clients become friends after assisting with their real estate needs.  She is dedicated to serving this region and is willing to help, as needed.
